These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and American Research Center (“American Research Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a clinical research organization located at 5351 W. North Ave, Chicago, IL 60639. Your access to and use of this Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site, with the updated “Last Updated” date reflecting the most recent revision. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days following written notice of the dispute.

American Research Center operates in a highly regulated industry subject to oversight by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP), applicable Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), and other federal and state regulatory bodies. Nothing on this Site constitutes a representation that any specific clinical trial is approved, actively enrolling, or suitable for any particular individual. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and American Research Center with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings regarding the same subject matter.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
